SHIPPING

Your products are sent through ACS courier throughout Greece and abroad.
We have free shipping for Thessaloniki and free shipping for purchases over 200 euros in all cities of Greece.

Minimum shipping for cases that are not free is 3 € + VAT 23%.

CASH ON DELIVERY

You can order the products you want and pay for them upon delivery to the courier.

PRODUCTS DELIVERY

Your order is confirmed within 1-2 working days, depending on the time of submission of the purchase. The products are then collected and delivered to the courier at times depending on the availability of the products. In case of shortage, you will be informed immediately of the final delivery time. For products that are available, you estimate a delivery time of 3-5 working days from the confirmation of your order.

PRODUCT RETURNS

They can be made within 14 working days and the following conditions apply:

• If the product is defective, you send it back to us at the recipient’s expense and after we check the product, we send you the same one, at no extra cost.
• If for any reason you have a problem with the product you bought (eg wrong type, etc.) and you want to buy something else, you send it back to us at your own shipping cost and after we check the correct condition of the product, you have the opportunity to buy something else of equal or greater value.
• Returned products must be in their original condition, such as when you received them, be in their original packaging and properly packaged, so that it is not damaged on return. Also, be not mounted and have no marks from other tools.
• Any of the above conditions do not apply, then the return is canceled and you will be charged the shipping costs.

Before any return, you must first contact us by e-mail or phone, in order to record the traffic in our files, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
